Our Own Kenduri

On the 28th of November, our family organised an all-in kenduri (doa selamat, kesyukuran and arwah). Since the food was catered from my favourite caterer, so I've decided to prepare something for the kenduri. Apam polkadot and choc devil were my dessert menu besides tepung pelita (bought from my favourite tepung pelita maker). Besides that, I also prepared goodie bag for the guest. There were fancy cookies and brownies in the simple goodie bag.

Number 1

This week I got 2 different orders for first birthday bash. Previously was Joleena's nephew and then for my friend's friend. A lecturer from KAED called me for a number one cake + 1kg Choc Devil. Thank you Huda for promoting me :)

Order from my 'orang kuat' when I was in secondary school. Joleena was my AJK for our Young Professional club in SEMERBAK back in 1996-1997. Thanks to FBto join us back together.. She ordered a 2kg Choc Devil with Upin Ipin edible image for his nephew birthday and also 100pcs of fancy cookies. Happy Birthday Jerrime! and thanks to Joleena for the order. Great to meet u again!

Dramatic...

111111 - Today is the day. Everybody catching for this date. Today, there will be many weddings / engagements just to have dat 111111 as a memorable date. Same goes to my neighbour's SIL. She will be engage and her SIL (Ella) ordered a set of hantaran cuppies (fondant) with black/white theme. She asked me to do the decoration for the box as well + 60 pcs of chicken pie and one dozen of  'saje-saje' cupcakes for them to eat. Black & white theme, but I added little bit of red to make it more dramatic.

Pyramidal Cheesecake

I got the recipe when I visited my bro's friend in Holland last time. Instead of making in a tray, I 'modified' to do in a cup. So its easier to eat. This seems to be one of my sis's officemates favourite. Its with cheese, choc sauce and almond. You wanna some? :)
